This OEM VW Highline camera module and wiring kit is necessary for a highline camera setup when paired with an OEM VW Highline Emblem Camera.

The Highline Camera adds the following features to the standard OEM camera:

  • Camera guide-lines move with steering wheel in real time on the stereo's screen
  • Setting to switch from normal parking mode and parallel spot parking mode

VW Highline Camera installation guide

This module will work with any of the following models

  • Volkswagen Tiguan 2007-2015 
  • Volkswagen MK5 GTI/Rabbit/R32  2006-2009 (Emblem Camera)
  • Volkswagen MK6 GTI/Golf/Golf R 2010-2014 (Emblem Camera)
  • Volkswagen CC/Passat 2006-2015 (Emblem Camera)

Professional Installation is recommended. Removal of door sills and panels is required to feed cable throughout the vehicle. 

This kit will work with the following Head Units:

  • RCD510 Touchscreen Radio (ONLY F or H Revision with yellow 26pin camera input)
  • RNS510 Navigation System
  • RNS315 Navigation System

Highline Cameras are great as they give you moving guidelines while reversing, as well as other driving aid modes and configurable color and contrast adjustments. Note that the Highline kits are not quite as easy to install as a Lowline. A scan tool and some know-how is required.
Warranty
  • Eurozone Tuning Branded Kits: These kits come with a 6-month warranty that covers replacement or repair due to manufacturing defects. Damage from improper installation, accidents, or misuse is not covered.
  • EZT Carbon Edition Steering Wheels: The EZT Carbon Edition steering wheels come with a 1-year warranty for workmanship. This warranty excludes damage caused by physical misuse, harsh environments, or improper installation.
  • Porterfield Brakes: Porterfield offers no warranty for brake pads due to the nature of the part.
  • AWE Tuning Products: AWE Tuning offers a lifetime warranty on their exhausts and a one-year warranty on their intakes and intercoolers. The warranty covers craftsmanship and materials under normal usage conditions. Abuse, improper installation, and modifications void the warranty.
  • ZAC Motorsports: ZAC Motorsports products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not include damage due to racing, misuse, or improper installation.
  • Motul Oils: Motul products come with a limited warranty that covers the shelf life and quality of the oil when used as directed. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proper documentation of vehicle usage and oil change intervals.
  • KW Coilovers: KW suspensions come with a limited lifetime warranty on their coilovers. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and covers defects in workmanship and materials. Excludes damages from motorsports or improper installation.
  • ST Coilovers: ST Suspensions offer a 5-year limited warranty on their coilovers. The warranty covers craftsmanship, materials, and normal usage. Improper installation, racing, and modifications are not covered.
  • Eibach Coilovers: Eibach products carry a limited lifetime warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damages caused by improper installation, racing, or misuse.
  • Öhlins Coilovers: Öhlins coilovers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty applies to defects in materials and craftsmanship but excludes damages caused by improper installation or racing applications.
