EZT Care+ for the RNS510 and RCD510 extends your coverage to one full year from the original purchase date of your device and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a $49 service fee plus shipping. In addition, you'll get 24/7 priority access to the Eurozone experts via e-mail.

EZT Hardware Coverage
EZT Care+ provides repair or replacement coverage, both parts and labor, from our authorized technicians. Service coverage includes the following:
- Your RNS510 or RCD510 Unit
- LCD Screen repair (General Malfunction)
- DVD/CD Drive Malfunctions
- Coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage, 2 each subject to a service fee of $49 for screen damage, or $109 for any other damage, plus applicable tax
Software Support
Along with Hardware coverage, your EZT Care+ Protection program subscription will cover the following:
- Free Map Updates (for RNS510 devices only)
- Free Software Updates (for RNS510 devices only)
- Using Navigation
- Retrieval of your unit's security code, if misplaced
- Questions about included software features such as Sirius Travelink, Voice Commands, Hard Drive usage, etc.
- Connecting to your phone via Bluetooth
- Questions regarding the activation and use of SiriusXM Sirius Radio
- Any troubleshooting questions regarding the install of your device and its features

- EZT Care+ is only available to purchase along with your RNS510 or RCD510 order, or before it is delivered
