EZT Shipping Policy

At Eurozone Tuning, we work hard to get your parts delivered safely and efficiently—whether it's a quick replacement or a custom-built upgrade.

Processing Times

• Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

• Special order items typically ship within 5 business days.

• EZT Carbon Edition Steering Wheels are made to order and may take 5–7 weeks to ship, depending on complexity and current demand.

You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Most items ship free within the continental U.S.

• Some exclusions may apply based on size, weight, or destination—these will be noted at checkout.

• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Local Pickup

• Live near Connecticut? You can select Local Pickup at checkout.

• Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a pickup time at our warehouse.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout.

• Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included and may be collected by your country’s customs agency.

Shipping Damage or Issues

• If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• For damage claims, please include clear photos of the packaging and item(s) to help us work quickly with the carrier.

Backorders & Split Shipments

• If part of your order is backordered, we may ship the available items first at no extra charge.

• You’ll be notified of any delays or partial shipments.

Order Changes or Cancellations

• Need to make a change? Reach out ASAP. Once your order ships, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.
