Note: Factory buttons and paddles are complimentary and may or may not be included. There is a possibility you may need to transfer over your factory paddles/buttons/harnesses for proper function. We always recommend transferring your factory buttons and paddles from your factory wheel.

Eurozone Tuning offers a 30-day return policy and a 6-month limited warranty, excluding "CLEARANCE" items sold as-is. A 15% restocking fee applies to functional returns. Custom-programmed OEM VW kits have a 20% restocking fee, and Active Info Display Kits are non-returnable. Steering wheels incur a 20% fee for pre-built returns and 40% for custom builds. Digital goods and labor charges are non-refundable. For damaged or incorrect items, request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days. Returns must be in original packaging and insured. Refunds take 1-3 business days. This policy doesn't affect your warranty rights.
