Refresh the factory ZTK / M Technology brake setup with Brembo composite rotors and your choice of standard or ceramic pads. For 374 mm front and 345 mm rear brakes only.

Overview

This rotor and pad package is for BMW G20 M340i and M340i xDrive models already equipped with the larger factory front brakes. It retains your existing calipers and pairs side-specific 374 mm front rotors with 345 mm rear rotors.

Each kit includes front rotors, rear rotors, front pads, and rear pads based on the selected configuration. The listed Brembo composite rotors have an aluminum hat and cast-iron braking surface, with corrosion protection. This is a replacement rotor and pad kit for the matching factory brake setup; calipers are not included.

Important Before Ordering

This configuration requires 374 x 36 mm front rotors, 345 x 24 mm rear rotors, and matching factory calipers and pads. It does not fit the standard 348 mm front brake setup. This is a service kit for cars already equipped with the larger factory brakes, not a big-brake conversion kit. Model year and caliper color alone do not confirm fitment.

  • Standard Rotors: plain-surface Brembo composite rotors for the specified factory brake setup.
  • Standard Pads: Brembo Prime pads, P06106 front and P06116 rear.
  • Ceramic Pads: Brembo Prime Ceramic pads, P06106N front and P06116N rear, designed for reduced dust and everyday comfort.

Each kit contains one left front rotor, one right front rotor, two rear rotors, and one pad set per axle. Front rotors are side-specific and use different part numbers. Electronic pad wear sensors are not included in the listed contents.

Fitment Notes
  • BMW G20 M340i / M340i xDrive (2020-2023), only with the matching 374 mm factory front brake configuration.
  • Look for M Technology / M Technic option 33T (S33TA) on the build sheet. On U.S. cars this is associated with the Cooling and High Performance Tire Package, ZTK. Package names can vary by market and year.
  • The M Sport name or caliper color alone does not identify rotor size. Verify the factory options and currently installed brakes.
  • Only for the 374 x 36 mm front / 345 x 24 mm rear setup with matching factory calipers and pad shapes
  • Verify VIN/build options, rotor dimensions, and pad fitment before ordering. Tell us about any brake modifications.

Bill's Take

If your M340i has the factory ZTK / 33T brake setup, this is the larger 374 mm configuration to look at. The front pads differ from the standard 348 mm setup too, so rotor diameter alone is not enough when piecing a kit together. I like the ceramic option for a daily driver when reducing wheel dust is a priority. This kit services the brakes already on your car; it does not convert the smaller setup.

Warranty
Warranty & Product Support Coverage for manufacturing defects, with help from EZT when you need it.

Eurozone Tuning

  • EZT-Branded Kits: 6 months for repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects. Improper installation, accidents and misuse are excluded.
  • EZT Carbon Edition Steering Wheels: 1 year for workmanship. Physical misuse, harsh-environment damage and improper installation are excluded.

Brakes

  • Brembo: 24-month limited warranty on eligible U.S. purchases from authorized sellers.
  • DFC: 12 months / 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Licensed professional installation and normal street use are required.
  • PowerStop: Standalone calipers: 90 days / 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Complete brake-kit coverage varies by product line.
  • SHW Performance: Contact us for the warranty terms applicable to your specific part.
  • Porterfield: Racing and competition parts carry no manufacturer warranty. Contact us about street-pad defect concerns.

Exhaust, Cooling & Fluids

  • AWE: Limited lifetime coverage on exhaust tubing, welds and flex sections. Mechanical valves: 3 years. Valve motors, electronics, catalysts, intakes and intercoolers: 1 year. Tip coverage varies by finish.
  • Milltek: Limited lifetime coverage on eligible exhaust components. Catalysts and downpipes: 2 years / 80,000 km. Electronics: 2 years. Valve-equipped components and other exceptions follow the applicable product and regional terms.
  • ZAC Motorsport: 2 years on standard products. Custom/made-to-order items, wheels and brake components are excluded. Tuning and built drivetrain products have separate terms.
  • CSF: 2-year limited warranty on eligible high-performance cooling products under normal use.
  • Motul: Contact us promptly about leaking, damaged or suspected defective products. Keep the packaging and batch information for review.

Suspension

  • KW: Limited lifetime coverage on eligible street suspension systems. Accessories and other product lines have separate terms.
  • ST: Coilovers: 5 years. Other components have different coverage periods.
  • Eibach: Eligible springs and sway bars: 5 years. Listed shocks, dampers and truck coilovers: 2 years. Listed accessories and wear parts: 1 year. Coverage depends on the product line.
  • Öhlins: Automotive Road & Track: 2 years, excluding finish. Racing applications are excluded.
  • Bilstein: Limited lifetime coverage on many eligible North American products. Certain product lines have shorter terms.

Coverage is generally for the original purchaser and is subject to inspection and the applicable warranty terms. Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, modifications and racing are commonly excluded. Labor, installation, shipping and related expenses are not covered unless expressly included in the applicable policy.

Mixed-brand kits follow each component manufacturer’s warranty; they do not automatically receive the EZT-branded kit warranty. Product-specific terms, purchase date and region control.
