We've been running ZAC Motorsports intakes on our shop C63s for a while now, and we can confidently say—they deliver. The added throttle response, horsepower, and aggressive intake sound completely transform the driving experience. The Gen 2 ZAC Cold Air Intake is built with a pre-preg carbon fiber intake tube for smooth, unrestricted airflow while keeping heat soak to a minimum. Paired with the new fully enclosed airbox, this system ensures your AMG's twin-turbo V8 gets a steady supply of cooler, denser air, unlocking its full potential.
One of our favorite details is the gold anodized "Radiator Ring" heat sink. Located at the turbo inlet inside the carbon tube, this precision-machined component helps pull heat away from the intake while reinforcing the connection for a rock-solid fit.

Eurozone Tuning Branded Kits: These kits come with a 6-month warranty that covers replacement or repair due to manufacturing defects. Damage from improper installation, accidents, or misuse is not covered.
EZT Carbon Edition Steering Wheels: The EZT Carbon Edition steering wheels come with a 1-year warranty for workmanship. This warranty excludes damage caused by physical misuse, harsh environments, or improper installation.
Porterfield Brakes: Porterfield offers no warranty for brake pads due to the nature of the part.
AWE Tuning Products: AWE Tuning offers a lifetime warranty on their exhausts and a one-year warranty on their intakes and intercoolers. The warranty covers craftsmanship and materials under normal usage conditions. Abuse, improper installation, and modifications void the warranty.
ZAC Motorsports: ZAC Motorsports products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing, but does not include damage due to racing, misuse, or improper installation.
Motul Oils: Motul products come with a limited warranty that covers the shelf life and quality of the oil when used as directed. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proper documentation of vehicle usage and oil change intervals.
KW Coilovers: KW suspensions come with a limited lifetime warranty on their coilovers. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and covers defects in workmanship and materials. Excludes damages from motorsports or improper installation.
ST Coilovers: ST Suspensions offer a 5-year limited warranty on their coilovers. The warranty covers craftsmanship, materials, and normal usage. Improper installation, racing, and modifications are not covered.
Eibach Coilovers: Eibach products carry a limited lifetime warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damages caused by improper installation, racing, or misuse.
Öhlins Coilovers: Öhlins coilovers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty applies to defects in materials and craftsmanship but excludes damages caused by improper installation or racing applications.
