Great job. Had an old rns 510 that hasn’t worked for 3 years. Replacement was $900 after market and the dealer said it needed a new one that went for $2000. A couple of bucks later here? Updated and fixed nav system and maps.

I live in Vegas and my RNS 510 Navigation/radio system stopped working in my 2014 Volkswagen Passat so I had no radio, reverse camera, blue tooth, and CD capabilities. It was going to cost more than I’d like to pay to get it replaced or put in an aftermarket equivalent so I researched online and found Eurozone Tuning’s service in Connecticut. At first, I was hesitant to send my stereo off in the mail, but I boxed it up and sent it. The company was extremely responsive to emails and repaired my RNS510 in about 2 weeks. I am amazed at the service I received from EuroZoneTuning. I'll explain. My RNS510 had gone belly up and not functioned for a couple of months before I found EZT's website spelling out their capabilities surrounding this particular VW head unit. I had tried to update the firmware and the unit ingested the disc and promptly choked on it and was just trying to read the disc becoming completely non-functional. I got in touch with EZT who felt the unit was fixable. I paid the $250 and sent the unit for repair. I was then notified that upon arrival the disc ejected and the unit was functional again. They agreed to test until satisfied that the RNS510 would stay functional. A firmware update was applied and the unit promptly sent back. A refund of most of the fee was given, without me asking no less, and I have a completely functional system once again. I feel like I hit the lotto. I recommmend EuroZoneTuning as a highly ethical company and one I will be doing business with in the future.....you should too.

I shipped my RNS 510 from Canada to EuroZone for repair. I was a little skeptical, but they were in constant contact with me and let me know every step of the way where they were with the repair. Total turn around time was under 2 weeks and the unit fired up right away. Highly Recommend!

I'm not much of a mechanic your service made fixing my VW GPS/Radio system easy. All I had to do was remove 4 bolts, unplug it and send it in to your service. Two different VW dealerships told me it would cost over $1800 to replace the system and one dealership spent over 3 hours of "warranty" service to tell me it is not repairable. You fixed it and it works like new. My wife is happy with her back up camera/radio works and I look like her hero. Great service, great price. I have bookmarked your site in my favorites and I will use you again.

My unit's hard drive had crashed and the head unit would get stuck on the "VW logo" screen. The unit was diagnosed and repaired ahead of schedule and shipped back as promised. I've had it back in the car for a few days - everything works great. Thanks to Bill and the team!
